Job Summary
GROUNDSKEEPER - THE HEART OF A WELCOMING COMMUNITY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some on call after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule

Our Groundskeepers are the guardians of curb appeal and first impressions. From sunup to sundown youll keep the property looking its best creating a clean safe and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.

What Youll Do
- Patrol and maintain the community grounds removing trash and debris.
- Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways courtyards and amenity spaces.
- Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition.
- Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team.
- Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks.
- Other duties as needed.
