About the Role We have an immediate opening for a Technical Project Manager to step into an active enterprise program on behalf of one of our key clients. This is a high-visibility role requiring someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.

What Youll Do

Lead and manage large-scale enterprise projects end-to-end

Manage project budgets timelines and resource planning

Drive stakeholder communication at executive and business levels

Oversee Oracle Cloud and Oracle Apps implementations/enhancements

Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as required

Manage risks issues and dependencies across workstreams

Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners

Must Have

We accept US Citizen or Green Card Holders (No visa sponsership)

Available for immediate start

7 years of Project Management experience on large enterprise projects

Strong experience with Oracle Suites (Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle Apps)

Proven budget management experience

Strong stakeholder management and executive presence

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Business-facing project delivery experience

Nice to Have

Financial Aid or Higher Education industry experience

PMP or Agile (CSM/SAFe) certification

Experience in Financial Services or similar regulated industries

Minneapolis MN local (occasional in-office preferred)
