Smarthands/DC Engineer
3 Months
Onsite - Ashburn VA
$45 - $50/hr on C2C
The onsite resource will perform the following tasks:
L1 Server engineer who knows the dell rack sever technology (hardware & idrac)
Able to swap components (like HDD/SSD/Nic cards/RAM) replace SFPs etc.
Changing the cable connections as required and providing the remote access for
troubleshooting along with customer engineers.
Following customer instructions while and helping in troubleshooting.
Basis level 1 O/S knowledge for Linux operating systems.
The schedule for onsite resources will predefined to help customer for 3 days in a week and for
4hours/per day.
Weekdays and business hours for a block of four (4) hours
