Job Summary
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong background in tenant improvements commercial interiors retail banking or similar environments
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and subcontractors
- Experience with construction management software (Procore preferred)
- Solid understanding of construction processes scheduling budgeting and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical documents
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
- Experience working in multi-state operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project Bluebeam or similar tools
- OSHA certification or strong safety knowledge
- Work Environment & Requirements
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Combination of office and field work
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
