Looking for Production Supervisor first and second shift available!
Join the team as a Production Warehouse Shift Leadand take charge of our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise a skilled workforce manage inventory flow and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure zero downtime. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude excellent leadership skills and a full-service approach to operational excellence we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan schedule and oversee daily production activities to meet deadlines output targets and budget requirements
- Enforce all health safety and environmental policies to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing training employee development and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Monitor production metrics track KPIs and report performance data to management
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Additional Duties
- Contribute to team initiatives that support departmental and organizational goals
- Follow all company safety policies and report unsafe conditions or incidents
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisor or management role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Forklift operation experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with inventory management
Work Environment
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned high-temperature environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the production floor
