Role: Project Lead- Kofax
Location: New York NY (Hybrid). No remote
Rate: $75/hr on C2C.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Project Lead to oversee and manage delivery management processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Kofax and Agile methodologies ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive project success through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project delivery ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Utilize Kofax solutions to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the project team.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in project management.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficient in Kofax solutions and their application in project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with other process automation tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g. PMP Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
