As a Security Officer Dispatch with Active Clearance in King Of Prussia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic aero and defense this role you will monitor activity coordinate communications document incidents and help to support timely responses to security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor communications channels receive and document calls for service and dispatch personnel to routine priority and emergency incidents in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed activity logs incident reports and dispatch records helping to support accurate communication and coordination across the location.
• Assist with access-related inquiries alarm notifications and after-hours requests escalating concerns through established protocols and/or chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed with working environments and conditions varying by location and assignment.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
