Job Summary
The Graphic Design Intern will support the design and production of a wide variety of marketing deliverables that visually communicate the firms brand. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who values strong ideas and can help bring those ideas to life. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design marketing materialsincluding brochures ads presentations and graphicsfor both print and digital platforms from concept to completion under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
Assist with social media content creation post scheduling analytics monitoring and brand mention tracking.
Manage and organize digital assets including photo libraries and collateral.
Support ongoing website updates and maintenance (WordPress preferred).
Uphold and reinforce company brand standards across all materials.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Basic understanding of marketing production workflows website design corporate identity and multimedia design.
Knowledge of layout design typography and best practices for print and digital media.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop; Premiere Pro is a plus).
Experience with presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Campaign Monitor).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to collaborate take feedback and iterate on designs.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design Marketing or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities (class projects accepted).
