Job Summary
SERVPRO
Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.)
Support development of marketing materials such as flyers email campaigns and promotional content
Help maintain and update website content and online listings
Track and report on marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Assist with local marketing efforts events and community outreach initiatives
Support reputation management including review monitoring and response drafting
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Provide general administrative support to the marketing and operations teams
Maintain organized records of campaigns contacts and marketing assets
Other duties as assigned
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel); experience with design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe) is a plus
Current college student or recent graduate preferred
Part-time or full-time availability during summer months
Flexible scheduling based on academic commitments
