Job Summary

Job Title: Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer

Reports to: Operations Manager

Objective: To take complete responsibility of QA & QC of the company.

Qualification: B.E (Mechanical / Electrical) Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement Quality Management system in company

• Familiar with all international standards and comply as and when required.

• Resnposibel for Root cause analysis ITPs generate reports etc.

• Maintain manuals international standards technical data sheets and handbooks client specs etc.

• Coordinate with third party client and project management team and ensure all quality compliances as per client / international standards.

• Executes the specific inspections on materials equipment’s and construction/installation activities on site.

• Issues the relevant Quality Records and when necessary writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.

• Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.

• Witness the tests controls and inspections guarantee inspection status control for parts of the plant within his area of responsibility authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion obtain the relevant documentation and ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to Client’s requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in shutdown maintenance-based company with mechanical integrity programs and in-service inspection of operating facilities.

• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis techniques inspection techniques (x-ray NDT etc.) corrosion cathodic protection etc.

• Certifications or thorough knowledge of related industry codes & standards such as API 510 (Pressure Vessel Inspection) API 570 (Piping Inspection) and API 653 (Above Ground Storage Tank Inspection)

• Previous experience managing contract NDT inspectors or QA/QC inspectors

• Excellent analytical and computer skills specifically in Ms Office Suite

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
