We are seeking a Senior PM-T to lead product strategy development and execution for display ad creatives across our Owned & Operated (O&O) publishers which includes as well as our premium devices such as FireTV and this role you will own a strategic charter for the future of display creative formats that leverages AI to generate and transform assets to our bespoke specs and dynamic creative optimization to maximize performance. You will partner with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering design science analytics and marketingto develop innovative creative products that enhance consumer engagement.
Key job responsibilities
* Define and execute product vision and strategy balancing advertiser needs customer experience and business impact.
* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development to launch optimization and scaling.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop intuitive scalable and high-performing ad formats
* Work with analytics teams to ensure creative effectiveness is measured and continuously optimized.
* Partner with sales and marketing and account management teams to educate and enable advertisers on creative best practices and solutions.
* Stay ahead of industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies in digital advertising and genAI.

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 2 years of end to end product delivery experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
