As a Security Officer Patrol Associate in Fremont CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic automotive location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas production-adjacent spaces and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials when required and support visitor management processes in accordance with site policies and posted instructions.
• Assist with traffic and parking flow observe for hazards or maintenance issues and communicate needed information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
