Job Summary

Pediatric Physical Therapist-Clinic Based Join our brand-new clinic and help children grow gain independence and thrive! Were seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric PT to provide in-clinic therapy helping children improve mobility strength coordination and overall functional skills. Work in a supportive team-based environment with a brand-new pediatric therapy gym fully equipped for developmental and functional exercises giving you the tools to deliver the best care Options:Morning/Day Shift: 8 AM 5 PMAfter-School Shift: 2 PM-7 PMResponsibilities:Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each childs physical motor cognitive and functional developmentProvide direct therapy services in the clinic using the new pediatric therapy gym to promote skill development and functional progressMonitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomesRecommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routinesMaintain accurate timely and detailed documentation including evaluations daily notes and progress reportsCollaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goalsWork as part of an interdisciplinary clinic team to provide coordinated holistic careWhy Youll Love Working With Us:Competitive pay and comprehensive health coverageFlexible scheduling to support work-life balanceAnnual professional development fund for CEUs and licensureJoin our brand-new clinic and help children thrive in a supportive collaborative and modern environmentwork with the latest tools in our pediatric therapy gym and choose the schedule that works best for you!Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Physical TherapyOne years experience preferredState licensure in physical therapyHeavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objectsExcellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quicklyExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do#LI-KM1
