About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Team Lead Sales to lead and scale our B2B field sales operations across the Western region of Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment has strong on-ground execution skills and can build lead and drive a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B field sales across assigned territories in Western Mumbai
- Lead manage and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Track team performance monitor KPIs and ensure target achievement
- Conduct regular field visits with team members for coaching and performance improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Demonstrate flexibility and ownership working in dynamic conditions to meet business goals
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in B2B field sales
- Proven experience in team handling and target-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of local market (Western Mumbai)
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
- High level of energy hunger and result-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with field work and flexible working hours Preferred
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company
- Exposure to territory management and team scaling
