About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Team Lead Sales to lead and scale our B2B field sales operations across the Western region of Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment has strong on-ground execution skills and can build lead and drive a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B field sales across assigned territories in Western Mumbai
  • Lead manage and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Track team performance monitor KPIs and ensure target achievement
  • Conduct regular field visits with team members for coaching and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ownership working in dynamic conditions to meet business goals


Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in B2B field sales
  • Proven experience in team handling and target-driven environments
  • Strong knowledge of local market (Western Mumbai)
  • Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
  • High level of energy hunger and result-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with field work and flexible working hours Preferred
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company
  • Exposure to territory management and team scaling
