Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee hydroblasting tank cleaning and emergency response jobs
- Supervise crews and ensure safe execution of high-pressure and confined space work
- Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA DOT and company safety standards
- Coordinate emergency response activities and on-call operations
- Monitor equipment job performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure proper waste handling documentation and compliance
- Train and mentor employees on procedures and safety practices
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial cleaning hydroblasting or emergency response
- Knowledge of confined space entry HAZWOPER and hazardous materials handling
- Valid drivers license
- Valid TWIC Card
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- DOT and safety compliance experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced safety-sensitive environment
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
