This role offers clinical variety leadership opportunity and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team focused on participant-centered SummaryThe Pediatric Occupational Therapist helps children build essential skills for daily life through engaging child-centered therapy services. This role offers the opportunity to work in clinic and community settings partner with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team to support meaningful developmental Youll DoTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential functions:Provide high-quality service delivery through participant evaluations assessments and development of individualized treatment plansAdminister innovative occupational therapy treatment programs and communicate treatment needs to appropriate staffComplete re-evaluations and make programmatic changes as needed while effectively managing an assigned caseloadDevelop and implement home exercise programs and perform home evaluations as appropriateMaintain timely accurate and compliant documentation including service reports and weekly schedule requests submitted to the in rehabilitation treatment teams case conferences and departmental meetings to support program development and operational required trainings seminars and all mandatory CCS education to maintain clinical with physicians professionals paraprofessionals consultants families and community resources to ensure effective occupational therapy and participate in in-service training for OT staff and other CCS employees as with the maintenance of departmental budgets and the monitoring of therapy to Service Monitoring System (SMS) standards accreditation and licensure requirements and confidentiality and ethical other related duties and responsibilities as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect and supervise assigned staff including performance evaluations scheduling orientation and trainingParticipate in hiring decisions transfers promotions salary recommendations corrective actions and terminations within the scope of responsibilityAddress and resolve employee concerns in alignment with organizational policies and proceduresWhat Youll BringEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree in Occupational TherapyMinimum of one (1) year of human services experienceOne (1) year of neuro-rehabilitation experience preferredLicensure & CertificationActive Occupational Therapist license (OT/L) in the applicable state(s)Member in good standing with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)Why Youll Love Working With UsCompetitive hourly pay: $35$55(based on experience and licensure)Sign-on bonus and annual incentive opportunitiesRelocation assistance availablePaid supervision and paid CEUsNo weekends requiredGenerous paid time off (PTO sick time holidays and float time)401(k) with company matchMedical dental and vision benefitsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Resource Groups for connection and professional growthAdditional Requirements:Required to travel between the Grand Forks ND clinic and the Thief River Falls MN clinic half the RequirementsHeavy lifting is required involving exerting up to 100 pounds occasionally 50 pounds frequently and 20 pounds We ArePediatric Partners part of Sevita has supported children and families for more than 50 years.
