6. Your Role as the Physical Therapist
As a full-time PT you will lead the development and progression of patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and treating residents across the continuum of care
Developing individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical judgment
Supervising and collaborating closely with Physical Therapist Assistants
Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and team communication
Supporting program development and quality improvement initiatives
Mentoring PT and PTA students through clinical education experiences

Basic Qualifications
Doctor or Masters of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Current or eligible South Carolina PT license
