Job Description:

• 严格按照生产操作说明和标准操作程序进行正确的操作保证产品符合质量标准
• 认真参加质量安全法规等各种培训在开始工作前完成相应理论和实操培训
• 交接班正确明了保证生产连续运转

保持生产过程和质量检查相关记录的准确性

• 真实及时清晰准确完整地完成工作记录保证内容清晰正确

在生产过程中对产品进行质量检查

• 按照各工序的要求完成自检工作一旦发现质量问题要立即停止生产并报告待问题得到纠正后再继续生产
• 仔细清场防止混批发现问题应立即报告

与主管和工程师协作解决现场问题

• 发现并提出改进机会同时参与解决方法

参与工具和设备的基本维护通知主管进行报修

• 每天对使用的设备进行检查并填写好相应的操作人员设备维护检查表
• 保证工作场所清洁工具设备整洁物品放置有序
• 发现设备故障应立即停机报修设备维修完毕应试机进行确认

按照标准进行产品的包装和标识

• 要节约物料和能源避免浪费

遵守公司信条和各项规章制度

• 严格遵守操作安全要求参与日常的防火和安全保卫工作
• 发现事故隐患应立即报告
• 一旦发生紧急事故应遵守相关的安全程序
• 负责将业务相关问题或机会传达给上一级管理层
