Position Highlights
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospitallocated in northwest Iowa employing over 500 employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers if accepted are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients to care
- Complete patient registration process
- Coordinate unit communications
- Promote atmosphere of calmness and professionalism
- Tasks as directed by Emergency Room staff
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Caring attitude and team player
- Ability to multi task
- Handle stressful situations
- HS Diploma or equivalent; computer skills; medical experience preferred
Schedule:
- Full time - 72 hours a pay period
- 12 hour day shift: 5:30a-6p
- Holiday rotation
- Scheduled 2 weekends in a 6 week block
- Schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
