Job Summary
Dear CRO Developers
We are currently looking for several CRO Developers for one of the leading tech companies in Europe. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in conversion testing including A/B testing and multivariate testing (MVT).
- Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms such as Dynamic Yield (preferred) with familiarity in Optimizely or Adobe Target as a plus.
- Strong skills in HTML CSS and JavaScript for implementing experiments and personalization.
- Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.
- Ability to implement and validate test variations within live production environments.
