Job Description:
Ingram Micro India is looking for a Digital Marketing & Campaign Lead to drive integrated digital marketing programs that support vendor marketing platform marketing and partner engagement initiatives.
This role will act as a bridge between Vendor Marketing teams Platform Marketing teams and Global Digital Campaign Centers of Excellence ensuring that digital marketing programs are executed effectively to drive partner engagement campaign performance and measurable business impact.
This role will be responsible to lead for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for India enabling demand generation initiatives and supporting the adoption and engagement of Ingram Micros digital platforms including Xvantage.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn Google Meta programmatic email and web platforms
Develop India-specific digital marketing campaigns to support vendor initiatives product launches and GTM programs
Partner with Vendor Marketing teams to translate vendor priorities into high-performing digital demand generation programs
Ingram Micro-Led Marketing Programs & Marketing-as-a-Service
Drive Ingram-led marketing initiatives and proprietary marketing programs (IPs) designed to support vendor and partner ecosystem growth across key segments such as Enterprise and SMB partner ecosystems.
Develop and scale structured marketing programs such as Enterprise Partner Marketing initiatives and SMB-focused partner engagement campaigns.
Enable vendor participation in Ingram Micro-led demand generation programs helping vendors reach targeted partner and customer segments through the Ingram ecosystem.
Support the development of Marketing-as-a-Service capabilities where Ingram provides scalable digital marketing platforms campaign frameworks and execution support for vendors and partners.
Collaborate with Vendor Marketing and Platform Marketing teams to build repeatable data-driven marketing programs that drive engagement pipeline and business outcomes through the channel.
Bridge Between Vendor Marketing & Platform Marketing
Act as a central digital marketing interface between Vendor Marketing and Platform Marketing teams
Enable coordinated execution of campaigns that support demand generation while also driving platform adoption and engagement
Support marketing initiatives that improve partner journeys engagement and conversion across Ingram Micros digital ecosystem
Global Campaign Alignment
Work closely with Global Digital Campaign teams and Centers of Excellence to adopt best-in-class digital marketing frameworks
Localize and execute global digital campaigns for the India market
Ensure alignment with global campaign standards tools and measurement frameworks
Content & Digital Engagement
Manage the digital content strategy and editorial calendar across website campaigns and social channels
Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce high-quality digital content including articles campaign assets videos landing pages and thought leadership pieces
Ensure all digital content supports B2B buyer journeys and partner engagement strategies
Website & Digital Experience
Manage and continuously improve Ingram Micro Indias website and digital campaign landing pages
Ensure seamless campaign-to-platform digital journeys that drive engagement and conversion
Implement SEO and digital optimization practices to increase organic traffic and digital visibility
Digital Performance & Analytics
Track measure and optimize digital marketing performance using analytics tools and campaign data
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI engagement and conversion
Build data-driven reporting frameworks for marketing leadership and vendor stakeholders
What are we looking out for in a candidate
1015 years of experience in digital marketing demand generation or digital campaign management
Strong experience in B2B digital marketing preferably in technology or IT ecosystem
Hands-on expertise across paid media content marketing website management marketing automation and digital analytics
Experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn Google Ads Meta platforms and marketing automation tools such as Adobe Marketing Suite Marketo Marketing Cloud GenAI tools etc.
Familiarity with web analytics SEO/GEO practices and conversion optimization
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent collaboration skills to work with global teams vendor marketing teams and internal stakeholders
