Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:Define the vision strategy and roadmap for process mining initiatives aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.
Process Mining Implementation:Lead the deployment and scaling of process mining tools and platforms (e.g.Celonis UiPath Process Mining Disco) across multiple business units.
Data & Analytics Oversight:Collaborate with IT data engineering and business teams to ensure access to high-quality data sourcesforaccurateand meaningful process analysis.
Project Management:Manage multiple process mining projects simultaneously ensuringtimelydelivery resource allocation and adherence to budgets.
Insight Generation & Reporting:Translate complex process mining data into business insights and actionable recommendations through dashboards presentations and reports for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with process owners operations finance risk compliance and technology teams toidentifybottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for automation or redesign.
Change Management:Influence and drive process improvements and automation initiatives byfacilitatingworkshops training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
Thought Leadership:Stay current with industry trends emerging process mining technologies and best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Team Leadership:Build mentor and lead a high-performing process mining team fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
Mandatory skill sets:
