Job Title: Developer RPA

Work Location: Hyderabad

General Summary:

The RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer will review and analyzes requirements understand the current business process develop Bots and Metabots and execute Bots across applications (SAP Web Excel Outlook etc.). This position will also monitor and execute Bots to verify business and technical requirements have been met. They will proactively work with business and functional analysts to create the overall strategy and carry development through release life cycle. They will also recommend and maintain bots and apply best practices for reusability to minimize the maintenance required to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Enhance and manage RPA architecture that contains a library of reusable Metabots that support the software development life cycle and maintain application consistency
• Develop and maintain RPA Bots with Automation Anywhere Macros.
• Should possess strong RPA development skills and able to Design Develop Test and Maintain RPA scripts across multiple applications like SAP Web based Excel etc.
• Understand RPA problems with the ability to troubleshoot and understand business logic and process
• Should work directly with business with minimal supervision
• Partner with the Functional teams to ensure that RPA scripts are developed or modified to cover new functionality and/or enhancements.
• Adapt to the needs of the group to coordinate across teams.
• Assist with creating and maintaining RPA documents surrounding standards policies and procedures.
• Shouldmonitor the changesthat happen after implementing the feedback during the development or testing phase while keeping the project specifications intact.
• Attend project requirement and project review meetings as required
• Demonstrating strong business understanding and suggest the solution for various business scenarios
• Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies with the flexibility to handle multiple high-pressure situations simultaneously.
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills written & oral communication with the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles including vendors and IT-business personnel.
• Experience in programming languages like Java C C etc.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new tools and applications

• Experience in the related field and tools (Testing basic SAP business Knowledge ALM)
