Deployment and BIT Team Leader

• Lead mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team through technical coaching resource planning and proactive performance management.
• Lead the analysis and troubleshooting of tools & system failures coordinating effective solutions between internal R&D and external customers.
• Ensure the timely release of software builds and customer deliveries proactively identifying and communicating potential risks or delays.
• Coordinate and assist in the creation maintenance and scaling of continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Oversee the design and development of automated resilient product deployment mechanisms.
• Actively participate in the development cycle as a part of the Scrum team.

Qualifications :

• Possess 3 years of experience in a software development environment with hands-on expertise in process automation & testing or DevOps practices.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of software release lifecycle and Agile development principles.
• Apply strong communication and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Exhibit proficiency with command-line tools (Windows Linux) and version control systems such as SVN or Git.
• Utilize scripting or programming languages effectively (e.g. Python Shell Batch Java C# C/C or AutoIT).
• Maintain exceptional self-planning and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility technical precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Have good written and spoken communication skills in English.
