Job Summary
We are seeking to appoint a Construction Auditor in our Sunshine Coast however we are open to Brisbane based candidates as well. This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth. You will be responsible for completing construction audits and working across a large-scale road project. We are seeking a proactive team member capable of working with contractors to solve issues and ensure construction delivery is in accordance with drawings and authority standards.
Specifically:
- Inspect OH&S on site to ensure risks and hazards are identified against the Contractors management plan
- Identify construction RFIs on site and coordinate changes with design the team
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information in a simplified manner
- Undertake site inspections regularly including asset inspections and testing
- Use iAuditor to monitor and report on construction progress.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in civil or road construction projects is essential
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in all stages of construction delivery
- Strong understanding of construction processes standards and compliance requirements
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Current Drivers Licence
