They are currently looking for an Admin Executive (12 months contract) to be based in Bahrain.Duties & Responsibilities: - Preparing written communication internally such as memos announcements etc.
- Booking for hotel and flight arrangements while considering cost effective cost.
- Communicating with suppliers and searching for new providers who offer quality and cost effective product or service.
- Handling registering the payments on the systems while acquiring the necessary approvals.
- Preparing Recognition certificates and following up on the nominations.
- Arranging for monthly quarterlyand occasional rewards and gifts.
- Answering the Corporate external calls and forwarding the messages.
- Arranging for the company requested with external providers
- Maintaining related formal documents up to date and ensure documenting and adjustments may occur.
- Handling particular systems while monitoring the needs and assigning tasks and requests to employees.
- The responsibilities are not limited to the above tasks.
Qualification & Requirements:- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Quick-thinking planning coordinating and executing skills
