Job Summary
Johnson Brothers is seeking a full-time Cashier to staff our Service Center. This candidate should possess an enthusiastic and energetic customer service attitude. Duties include handling inbound phone calls scheduling service appointments and assisting in cashiering and the loaner check-in and check-out process.

Qualifications:
- Minimum two years Customer Service experience
- Professional andcourteous telephone manner
- A desire to provide customers with the highlevel of customer service ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Professional personal appearance
- Abilityto work flexible hours and Saturdays
- Basic computer skills including Excel and Word
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in aprofessional and efficient manner
- Assist Cashier and Loaner Clerk with their duties during their absence or during peak business hours
- Assist clients in setting service appointments
- Perform administrative duties such as reconcilingthe daily deposit generating reports scanning contacting vendors and emailing clients
