Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role is best suited for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced productivity-focused environment and are confident managing a consistent patient caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate diagnose and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Manage a daily caseload of 1214 patients
Achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
Document patient care progress and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes

Schedule & Work Expectations:

Guaranteed 36 hours/week with potential to work up to 40 hours
Overtime requires prior approval from the director
No floating to other clinics

Requirements:

Outpatient experience preferred
First-time travelers will not be considered
New graduates will not be considered
PTA candidates will not be considered
Active Physical Therapist license required
