Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps & MLOps Consultant to design implement and optimise cloud-native and data-driven platforms for our clients. This role involves working closely with engineering data science and platform teams to deliver scalable secure and resilient solutions on Microsoft Azure.
You will be responsible for building and managing end-to-end CI/CD and ML pipelines enabling efficient model development training deployment and monitoring. The role emphasises Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation and reproducibility supporting both application and machine learning workloads in production environments.
Responsibilities
Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for both application and machine learning workloads
Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Bicep
Develop and operationalise MLOps pipelines including data ingestion model training validation deployment and monitoring
Automate build test and release processes to improve delivery speed and reliability
Manage and optimise Azure services including Azure DevOps Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Machine Learning
Implement model versioning experiment tracking and reproducibility practices
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionise machine learning models
Establish monitoring logging and alerting for both applications and ML models (performance drift failures)
Ensure security compliance and governance across cloud environments
Optimise cloud infrastructure for cost performance and scalability
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
6 years of experience in cloud consulting or engineering roles.
Strong experience in DevOps engineering with hands-on delivery in Azure environments
Proven experience implementing MLOps practices in production settings
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Pipelines GitHub Actions)
Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes/AKS)
Solid experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform Bicep or ARM templates)
Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning or similar ML platforms
Experience with scripting and automation (Python Bash or PowerShell)
Understanding of machine learning lifecycle concepts (training evaluation deployment monitoring)
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Azure Monitor Prometheus Grafana)
Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and identity management (IAM RBAC)
