Job Summary
Management of complex and large-scale procurement processes for projects in Peru with participation in diverse project teams and broad exposure across all project phases ranging from early contract strategy supplier market analysis and supplier prequalification to the management of tendering processes contract negotiations and follow-up of contracts and projects including involvement in both mature technologies such as hydropower and emerging areas such as onshore and offshore wind power.
- Lead the ITT Invitation to Tender of local and non-local procurement contracts.
- Follow the CPM method and reporting of ITTs
- Share and present the stage of each ITT process when is needed.
- Be on communication with their direct report and and dotted line report.
- Management of the contracts addendums according to the PEPS Strategy.
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders for the good develop of the project.
Qualifications :
- Master degree in business and/or technical areas (Desirable)
- Experience:
- More than 10 years of experience in the mining oil & gas and energy.
- Experience from large energy building- and construction projects and complex renewable energy (wind) contracts/subcontracting (3 years of specific experience).
- International experience Flexibility and understanding in dealing with cultural differences and conditions
- Language: Native Spanish and Advanced English (Able to master negotiations and draw up contracts in English)
- Specific Knowlegde:
- High software skills SAP Office tools
- Strong experience using procurement platforms and system
- Committed to protect Statkrafts values and high standards within ethics anti-corruption and HSE.
