Job Summary
As Program Manager you will own the end-to-end launch process managing timelines dependencies and stakeholder alignment while maintaining a relentless focus on execution excellence. Youll thrive in ambiguity solve complex coordination challenges and ensure that our ambitious product vision translates into flawless market delivery.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering design marketing operations and sales teams
- Own program timelines milestones and deliverables for multiple concurrent product initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks remove blockers and escalate critical issues proactively
- Establish and maintain program management processes tools and best practices
- Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across all stakeholders
- Track and report on program health metrics and key performance indicators
- This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with tactical execution has a passion for consumer hardware/IoT products and excels at bringing order to complexity.

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
