To lead and manage Central agency force to achieve the overall productivity profitability and quality targets set by the Company.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan the full-year calendar of activities and initiatives to achieve business targets and key performance metrics.
- Handle and lead team members in the execution of activities and initiatives providing mentorship for effective and smooth execution.
- Deliver mentoring and coaching to develop agency members in areas such as career advancement selling skills presentation skills recruitment and interpersonal skills.
- Closely monitor agency leaders performance and put in place appropriate performance gap initiatives based on agency demographics and capabilities.
- Attend agency meetings and deliver sharing sessions to motivate agency members.
- Respond recommend and provide justification on agency management matters such as Agency Registration Appeal Promotion and Termination.
- Act as the communication link between agency members and the Company to ensure effective and efficient information flow including acting as an intermediary to resolve agency issues and provide mitigation advice.
- Assist agency members in obtaining clear information on underwriting claims and policy servicing processes.

- Minimum 8 years related experience in a financial institution.
Knowledge / Skills
- Numerate and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Windows applications.
- Able to conduct training and motivation sessions.
- Able to work under pressure self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision.
