Job Summary
E-Logic is hiring an Automation Engineer to develop and maintain tools supporting billing validation SLA tracking and program operations for Department of Health & Human Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions for PMO processes
- Support tools like eSuite for billing SLA and inventory validation
- Develop process improvements through automation
- Maintain and enhance enterprise tools (ServiceNow integrations etc.)
- Provide roadmap for automation capabilities
Requirements
- Experience with automation tools scripting or low-code platforms
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms preferred
- Strong problem-solving and systems integration skills
