Position Responsibilities
- Complete accurate and timely reconciliations including performing manual reconciliations for nonautomated processes.
- Identify investigate and resolve reconciliation exceptions within defined timelines escalating issues when needed.
- Work proactively with clients and custodian banks to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all reconciliation processes.
- Stay updated on securities industry developments impacting assigned portfolios clients and custodial service providers.
- Participate in industry-specific training and interdepartmental crosstraining to support continuity of service.
- Provide support to the team on operational tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of relevant reconciliation banking investment operations or financial services experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance Economics or a related field (CPA is an advantage).
- Knowledge of securities instruments settlements and banking processes.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in modern reconciliation practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize stay clientfocused and meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Flexible proactive and able to adapt to process and industry changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with reconciliation platforms or investment accounting systems.
- Familiarity with custody operations or fund accounting.
- Strong documentation and processimprovement mindset.
- Exposure to financial regulatory requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within crossfunctional teams.
