Were now expanding into Germany and strengthening our Compliance Team to uphold the companys commitment to integrity and regulatory adherence.
What youll do
Own day-to-day compliance activities aligned with BaFin regulatory requirements.
Oversee monitoring of investment products and processes.
Develop the Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP) by conducting reports collecting data and following up on findings.
Provide compliance input on current and upcoming products and services across the business.
Provide compliance guidance on current and upcoming products and services partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
Review and approve financial promotions ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Own and maintain compliance policies and procedures proactively identifying gaps and driving improvements.
What you need to have:
Full professional proficiency in German (C1) - required for regulatory correspondence BaFin interactions and stakeholder discussions.
Full professional proficiency in English (C1) - required for internal communications cross-border collaboration and group-level reporting.
Experience in compliance preferably within the financial services or investment sector.
A degree in Law Finance or a related discipline or an equivalent qualification.
A strong interest in regulatory compliance and the financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure adapt quickly and learn on the job.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
