We are looking for a Regional Space Planner (m/f/d) basedin Munich or Berlin/Hamburgin a permanent position in full timefor our growing Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business unit.

- Primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders ensuring excellent client experience
- Deliver recurring space planning tasks aligned with KPIs including move reports digital updates data corrections and satisfaction tracking
- Manage client requests via ticketing systems ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence
- Plan track and coordinate all moves including relocations expansions and reconfigurations
- Oversee space inventory furniture and workstation planning
- Forecast future space needs based on growth reorganisation or downsizing and provide strategic recommendations
- Facilitate client meetings to define space requirements (headcount adjacencies special needs)
- Collect analyse and report space and occupancy data to support informed decisionmaking
- Review and update CAD drawings and space databases ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain accurate space occupancy and utilisation records
- Support additional tasks and initiatives as required
- Bachelors degree (Architecture Interior Design or related field advantageous)
- Strong space planning expertise and knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Stakeholder management and customer service experience
- Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of English
- AutoCAD / Revit experience
- Google Workspace proficiency
- Project management capabilities
- German language skills
