We are looking for:
Data Governance Manager
Your future role:
- Oversee and enhance governance processes to maintain consistent standards across a key global reference data service
- Improve data quality streamline data adoption and facilitate informed decisionmaking globally
- Drive stakeholder management and collaboration across various teams including business teams consuming system teams and domain owners to achieve organisational goals
- Work closely with operations and product teams to outline data governance requirements that support continuous improvement including collaboration with the Enterprise Data Catalogue team
- Orchestrate the review of highprofile controlled vocabularies such as Global Product Codes and Industries
- Drive and manage strategic data governance initiatives focused on domainled data product standardisation and ownership.
Apply if you have:
- 5 years of experience in data governance data management or a related field
- Bachelors or masters degree in data science business analytics information systems computer science or related fields
- Ability to analyse complex data governance processes to identify opportunities and recommendations for improvement
- Proven ability to drive initiatives enhancing data standardisation and improving data quality
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment across teams
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate cooperation to achieve organisational objectives
- Proficiency in data governance frameworks and best practices (e.g. DAMA CDMP) and understanding of AI governance principles
- Experience with data management technologies and governance platforms (e.g. Collibra)
- Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and drive results in evolving circumstances
- Familiarity with global data standards and reference data management approaches
- Knowledge of PwC network organisation and global system landscape (if internal).
