Job Summary
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and health support services within Wilson County and East Davidson. This full-time role focuses on promoting health ensuring safety and supporting the well-being of individuals through clinical care health education and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care assessments and interventions in accordance with RN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor document and report patient health status and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Support health screenings care coordination and follow-up services
- Collaborate with physicians administrators families and community partners
- Provide health education and wellness support as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with state regulations policies and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in community health public health school nursing or clinical settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
- Experience working with diverse populations
Work Schedule
- Full-time MondayFriday
- Schedule may align with departmental or site-specific needs

Do Not Apply If
- Do not hold a current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee
- Are unable to work a full-time schedule as required for this role
- Are not able to travel between assigned sites within Wilson County and East Davidson if needed
- Do not meet CPR/BLS certification requirements (or cannot obtain certification prior to start date)
- Are not comfortable working in a community-based or population-focused setting as applicable
