Location: Cleveland GA
Schedule
- 36 hours guaranteed per week (up to 40 hours expected)
- Overtime requires prior approval
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
- Patient load: 1214 patients per day (double-booking of follow-ups expected)
Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Orthopedic provides rehabilitative care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role focuses on improving mobility reducing pain and restoring functional independence through evidence-based therapy practices.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and exercise programs
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Clinical Operations
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Meet productivity and performance expectations
Collaboration
- Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Work closely with clinical teams to ensure coordinated care
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (state-specific)
- PTA candidates will not be considered
- New graduates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
