The 3rd Shift Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of supervising and managing the various plant functions and team members on the department crew with special attention to Quality Control measures and making sure team members remain on task. Additionally the ideal candidate would be a hands-on working leader for the hourly team.

Performs the full spectrum of functions in support of Production output and keeping the flow of production on task according to a schedule.
Maintains that all team members remain on task and assigns job duties as required. Ensures break times are flowed and relief positions are directed properly.
Utilizes staff to solve processing issues to get production back on track according to schedule.
Performs quality checks on a routine basis on each product line that is running and records on the proper documentation.
Keeps Department Production Manager informed on key issues

Supervisory experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of Supervising production operations

Previous experience that is necessary background to qualify for this position:
Seasoned level position of experience in production environment managing a small team of 10-15 direct reports.
