About Us:We are an established experienced provider in Lewisham dedicated to transforming the lives of young people aged 16-21 with complex support needs. Our mission is to provide a supportive and empowering environment that guides them towards independence and a brighter future.
Your Role:As a Team Leader you will support the Service Lead / Registered Service Manager in delivering effective support and housing management services. You will lead manage and motivate a team of support workers to ensure they perform their roles effectively and engage in their own personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop Staff:Manage develop and motivate staff through support supervision and performance appraisals to ensure they excel in their roles and engage in personal development.
- Supervision & Support:Supervise staff caseloads facilitate access to best practices and collaborate to resolve issues.
- Plan & Direct Activities:Ensure the team delivers high-quality support and housing management services that meet contractual and organisational objectives targets standards and outcomes.
- Oversee Placements:Manage accommodation offers and placements ensuring service criteria are met and correct tenure is issued.
- Maximise Efficiency:Minimise void time and maximise rent collection in line with targets.
- Assessment & Support Plans:Ensure initial and ongoing assessments of service users take place and that effective support plans are devised and implemented to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
