The role combines technical depth in modern frontend stacks and AI systems people leadership and technical strategy & execution.
Responsibilities:
Design code and develop new features/add enhancements
Look at opportunities to adopt and embed LLMenabled frontends(component generation smart forms conversational UI inapp copilots)
Work with Product team to understand the requirements.
Work with Developers in architecture design code reviews
Address and improve any technical issues.
Work with Engineers in a supportive environment where mentoring will be provided.
Mentor and grow the engineers in the team to do better development and take up more initiatives.
Maintain thorough and well-written documentation at a high project level as well as at the coding level.
Bring in a AI-first mindset to extend AI adoption in the SDLC.
Required Skills:
12-14 years of related experience in distributed enterprise-application; preferably in a cloud-based platform.
Proficient and hands-on with Tech stack ReactJS Redux Javascript Typescript Groovy Script and Graphql
Hands-on with UI tech stack such as CSS SCSS Accessibility etc.
AI enthusiast/evangelist.
Software Development & Collaboration - Design develop and test software applications including cloud-based and internet-related tools (GCP GKE).
Security & Compliance - Enforce security best practices including secrets management security scans and compliance with industry standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align software development quality DevOps and SDLC practices.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Create and maintain documentation for services frameworks and tools. Engage with peers and stakeholders presenting technical insights and solutions.
Active participant in hackathons/PoCs using Generative/Agentic AI tools with quantifiable benefits.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in cloud GCP/AWS platforms
Familiar with Scrum/Agile methodologies
Working experience with various CI/CD systems
Travel/Transportation Domain Knowledge is preferred
