We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director Software Engineering Specialist.

In this role you will:

  • Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customers business requirements to configuring customization and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customers needs.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements aligned to business objectives gaining full understanding of current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvements
  • Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customers business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (VSTS PowerApps etc)
  • Provides ongoing input to the delivery practice through suggestions and implementations of practice improvements
  • Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected
  • Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customers business requirements
  • Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application

To be successful you will:

  • At least 13 years of hands-on developing solutions using C# Dynamics CRM & Azure should have at least 10 years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales Online implementation experience and have participated in a minimum of 3 complete life cycle understanding of existing Microsoft ALM stack and experience using it. Ability to use VSTS/TFS as a consulting task tracking tool.
  • Hands-on experience writing unit utilizing Application Insights in programming languages such as C# Power Platform Admin Center & tools such as Canvas Apps Power Automate to AI tools such as Copilot and benefits it could understanding and following Process-driven implementation approach.
  • Analyze and understand business problemsApply high-level solution architecture and design (Functional and/or Technical) Analyze understand and dissect business processes and re-engineer with best practices Document and capture business requirements and processes properlyModel data and processes Conduct workshops and training sessionsPlan and carry out system and user acceptance testingProvide professional support.
  • Familiar and experienced in: Core application functionality Application technology stack Implementation Methodology Deep Industry Knowledge and Best practices. Working knowledge of process development and industry specific best practices. High degree of insight and analytical skill. Ability to work independently prioritize and solve problems proactively. Creative problem solving and conflict resolution. Excellent facilitation discovery analysis and prototyping skills.
  • Team-oriented; willing to align work with teams priorities and goals. Creates high-quality deliverablesExcellent communication presentation training client relationship and analytical skillsPlaces emphasis on project value and client satisfactionSuccessful completion of applicable product certification exams.
