We are currently seeking aQA Inspectorto join ourAerospaceteam in ourJoo KoonSingaporeoffice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Incoming Quality / Cell Quality / Final Inspection
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102 requirement.
• Proficient in CMM programing and measurements
• Read and Interpret mechanical drawings/blueprint and specifications.
• Assist Quality Engineer in Rejects Containment Rejection Analysis and Quality Improvement Plan.
• Raise non-conformance notifications (QN).

MUST HAVE:

• Candidate must have a minimum of NITEC certificate or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience in machining industry.
• Familiarity in CMM use and its application will be an added advantage
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprint and specifications
• Proficient in understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Well-versed in using various measuring equipment such as air spindle micrometer height gauge.

• Preferably personnel with Net-Inspect and Discus ballooning software experience
