This role will be critical to supporting the work of the Software Operations & Support (SO&S) leadership as their team of 700 engineers work to maximize our customers productivity through expert problem resolution clear guidance and trusted partnerships.

Your Day-to-Day
The SO&S Business Operations Team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support the delivery of high-quality solutions and services. This role is responsible for planning executing and closing projects on time and within scope while ensuring strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning including scope definition scheduling and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teamsProduct Support SaaS Operations R&D and leadershipto ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress identify issues or roadblocks and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
- Facilitate regular project meetings status updates and communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain project documentation including plans timelines budgets and reports.
- Ensure projects adhere to PTCs internal processes quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows tools and project methodologies.
- Support change management activities and help teams adopt new processes or technologies.
- Manage relationships with external partners vendors or customers when applicable.
Qualifications
- Action-oriented and committed to driving quality results.
- Knowledge/experience in Program/Project Management (PMBOK) methodology.
- Ability to lead and influence others at all levels including peers through senior management.
- Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Smartsheet).
- Bachelors degree in business engineering computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master) is a plus.

PTC carefully considers a widevarietyof factorswhen determining compensation.Theanticipatedannual salary range for this positionisbetween$60000 - $73000.The salary rangereflectsa good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.Actualcompensationmay vary based on a candidates skills qualifications experience and location.
