Job Summary
Position Title: Data Analyst (Information Technology)

Job Summary:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data to support IT operations and business decision-making. This role works closely with IT and cross-functional teams to identify trends improve system performance and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect clean and analyze data from IT systems and business applications
Develop and maintain reports dashboards and data visualizations
Monitor system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Support IT projects by providing data insights and analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and requirements
Ensure data accuracy integrity and security standards are maintained
Document processes data definitions and reporting methods
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Data Analytics Computer Science or related field
2 years of experience in data analysis preferably within an IT environment
Strong proficiency in Excel SQL and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Understanding of databases and data structures
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment
Ability to view computer screens for extended periods
Occasionally required to stand walk reach or lift up to 1015 pounds (e.g. office equipment or files)
Ability to communicate effectively including speaking and hearing
