It serves as a key liaison between patients clinical teams payers and revenue cycle departments to ensure timely and accurate financial clearance. The role requires strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement insurance contracts and regulatory programs to support optimal financial outcomes. It also involves providing patient-centered financial guidance while supporting departmental goals and maintaining compliance with organizational and payer requirements.
Identifies trends that may indicate problem areas and alerts leadership. Plays a key role in identifying and implementing solutions and ongoing monitoring of outcomes.
Experience: 3 years in healthcare or oncology related role in revenue cycle
