About the role Seeking a Team Manager to lead and develop our Family Safeguarding Team. Youll support a dedicated group of practitioners working to help children achieve their full potential. The role involves building strong relationships across the team and partner agencies ensuring services are delivered effectively on time and within budget. Youll provide highquality supervision and champion the needs of children young people and families.
About us We are using the Family Safeguarding Model bringing together a multidisciplinary team to support families holistically.
The Teams include Social Workers Domestic Abuse Practitioners Recovery Workers and Mental Health Workers working collaboratively to assess and meet the needs of the whole family.
Professional development: They offer strong support for ongoing professional development including access to our Social Work & Leadership Academy which provides structured learning and career progression.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker and registered with SWE
- Previous Management experience
- Experience working in a front line team
