- Own the L&D strategy design and deliver a roadmap that fuels business growth
- Partner with senior leaders shape future skills and organisational capability
- Build standout programmes from leadership development to graduate apprenticeship & HIPO schemes
- Spot the gaps use data to identify skills risks and unlock potential
- Create career pathways drive internal mobility and progression
- Embed a learning culture make development part of everyday performance
- Measure what matters track impact ROI and real business outcomes

What You Bring
- Proven success in L&D or Talent Development
- Experience designing high-impact learning strategies and programmes
- Expertise in graduate apprenticeship or high-potential programmes
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A data-driven mindsetyou measure impact not just activity
- Strong knowledge of LMS e-learning and modern learning tools
