About the role - DFYNE Your Career:
First off its best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here) its not the norm on a job role
spec but I feel its important you get introduced to who you may be working with for a long time
early on. Im Jay Head of Operations here at DFYNE I need a strong organised analytical thinker to
help us take things to the next level!
Were searching high and low for someone who has a great understanding of stock flow managing
stock between different facilities particularly for a fast-moving SKU roster. You will be the bridge
from our buying & logistics teams to our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organisation mapping and movement of stock within and between our warehouses
- Plan and coordinate inventory operations
- Track and manage the receipt storage and loading of new stock supplies and consumables
- Ensure that replenishment from our overflow & returns warehouse to our fulfilment centre is accurate fluid and proactive
- Coordinate cycle counts and aid inventory reconciliation
- Ensure that inventory data remains accurate across all systems
Experience Needed:
- Absolutely none. We dont hire only on experience.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Ability & amp; willingness to learn.
- Quick and effective decision making under pressure
- Great Time management
- Confident and competent with Microsoft Excel
